As an Account Executive at RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc., you will be responsible for managing a high-net worth personal lines/private client book of business, nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing exceptional service.
Your Impact
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Successful Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-net worth personal lines/private client insurance account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:
$85,000 - $108,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
