We are looking for a proven Account Executive with strong energy and initiative to drive high performance, sales, and the overall growth of the company.
You will be managing our activity in the China region across multiple verticals, and working in partnership with Customer Success, Marketing, and R&D. Cross-company engagement and orchestration are essential.
The right candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & relationships. You will be fully responsible for developing and managing the activity to generate revenue and achieve individual and organizational quotas.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of APAC mobile advertisers, launching their campaigns, and defining their strategies.
- Familiar with the mobile advertising industry in APAC and possesses good client connections, with the capability to independently expand new clients through various channels.
- Develop and manage the activity to generate revenue and achieve individual and organizational quotas
- Define and implement plans for the assigned accounts to achieve sales objectives
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience - Must
- Working in the Ad-Tech or Mar-Tech industry - Must
- Working with the Gaming industry - Must
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
- Experience problem-solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
- Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience being a “connector” across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completion
- A people person
- Native-level Chinese ability and Fluency in English

- Global experience (including work outside of APAC)
- Experience managing high-volume sales pipelines
- Experience with legal and business negotiation
