Responsibilities:
- Drafting major client deliverables as well as internal thought leadership pieces.
- Analyzing communications research.
- Collaborating on new business proposals and presentations.
- Supporting senior colleagues in the delivery and tactical management of consulting assignments.
- Applying or creating tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to your clients’ communication effectiveness.
- Ensuring that you and your team understand the general business strategy, products and services offered by your clients, and general issues facing their industries.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant full-time professional experience in related fields.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work from your local office 3 days a week, adhering to our hybrid policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following: employee experience and change communications, culture, corporate repositioning, talent attraction, retention and engagement, business transformation, and risk and reputation.
- Ability to draft strategic client-facing deliverables and proposals.
- Experience managing small or medium-sized projects as part of a team and autonomously.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Superior writing, editing, communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Commitment to advancing the vision of the Edelman Workplace Advisory practice, both internally and externally.
- Ability to travel as needed and flexibility to work on-site, embedded with clients as needed.
