In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients in the US. Due to the nature of this position, flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate different time zones and client schedules.

We are currently seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts. You will specialise in our Creative Automation (CA) solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a tech-led environment and be part of the Inspired Thinking Group, one of the largest independent production agencies in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business with a primary focus on enterprise accounts for our CA solutions.
- Manage the full deal cycle, from initial introduction to handover for implementation.
- Generate new opportunities through your industry networks and sector knowledge.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for each opportunity.
- Meet ARR targets of £800k+ per year
You will be supported by:
- A dedicated Demand Generation team
- A pitch and discovery team
- A pre-sales team
- An implementation team
- An active senior management and C-suite team who can provide support for closing deals.
- The wider Inspired Thinking Group network
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the advertising, marketing, or creative technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape and the challenges faced by creative teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- An enthusiastic self-starter, willing to learn, embrace new approaches, and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
💰 A max salary of 65k EUR (based on your experience) exc. 8% holiday pay
