You will enjoy:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target medical schools across the United States. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including deans, faculty members, and administrative staff at medical institutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to tailor sales strategies and materials to meet the needs of medical schools. And lead presentations and demonstrations of AMBOSS.

  • Track and analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement; provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends.

  • Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge in the medical education industry.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for AMBOSS, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

  • Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay updated on trends in medical education.

You will bring:

  • 2–5 years of owning a full sales cycle experience, primarily focused on outbound or consultative sales.

  • Strong motivation to grow your career in a mission-driven company.

  • Clear, confident communication skills — you're able to connect with people and explain things simply.

  • A sincere interest in healthcare, education, or technology.

  • Self-starter mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you make things happen.

  • Experience using CRM systems (like HubSpot) and Google Suite.

Great if you have:

  • Previous experience selling to healthcare organizations or academic institutions.

  • Familiarity with medical education or clinical decision-support tools

Travel: Approximately 20% to the U.S.-based conferences and global AMBOSS offices, plus additional travel at your discretion to support B2B success.

The salary package for this position is an On-Target Earnings (base salary + commission) of $100,000 - $180,000, depending on different factors such as experience, skills and impact.
