Are you passionate about Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and helping educators create stronger outcomes for students? Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships, supporting school leaders, and driving mission-focused growth?

Sanford Harmony Academy is seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to help expand the reach and impact of our SEL solutions across Texas. This is more than a sales role—it's an opportunity to partner with educators, support meaningful implementation, and help create positive outcomes for students and school communities.

We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with SEL curriculum sales, implementation, and professional development, and who understand the challenges and opportunities schools face when adopting new initiatives.

Why Join Sanford Harmony Academy?

At Sanford Harmony Academy, you'll help schools create stronger learning communities where every student feels valued, connected, and ready to learn. Through Sanford Harmony's evidence-based SEL solutions, we support educators in building healthy relationships, fostering belonging, and promoting student well-being.

As part of our team, you'll contribute to a mission that has impacted more than 40 million students in over 70,000 schools worldwide while partnering with passionate educators and leaders committed to making a lasting difference in students' lives.  https://www.sanfordharmony.org/

What You'll Do

As a trusted partner to school and district leaders, you'll build meaningful relationships, identify opportunities to support student success, and guide organizations through successful implementation of our SEL solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners throughout Texas.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding challenges and delivering solutions that support student and educator success.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to onboarding and implementation planning.

  • Support districts through successful adoption by coordinating training plans, implementation schedules, and ongoing engagement strategies.

  • Conduct virtual trainings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

  • Attend conferences, regional events, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities.

  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals while advancing the Harmony Academy mission.

Successful candidates are passionate about education, comfortable engaging executive-level decision makers, and energized by helping schools create supportive learning environments where students can thrive. They are self-motivated, highly organized, skilled relationship builders, and committed to both customer success and achieving results.

What We Do

At National University, we believe it’s not just about the degrees our students earn, but the degree to which they use them. Since 1971, we have supported working professionals who want to be a powerful force for positive change. That’s why we make education accessible to adults who live and work in the real world. It’s why we were the first to develop a flexible, one-class-per-month format. It’s why we offer more than 120 graduate and undergraduate degree programs. And it’s why we will continue to innovate and leave a mark on people who will one day leave their mark on the world. We embrace diversity. Because it brings a new perspective to every industry. Our classes and faculty are made up of an eclectic mix of people who reflect our different communities and have the influence to shape where we’re headed. We do all this because we care. About our students. Our staff. Our supporters and our community. We are a private, nonprofit institution that does not answer to shareholders. We invest our money back into making improvements so that the people who come here can do the same. We know our legacy does not end when our students graduate. It begins
