Are you a proactive sales hunter driven by winning new accounts and crushing targets? Equifax is looking for an energetic, results-focused Account Executive – Specialized Sales to expand our client footprint. In this role, you will directly drive net-new revenue by identifying market opportunities, executing strategic territory plans, and pitching our high-value ACA compliance product portfolio to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.

What You Will DoDrive Net-New Revenue: Actively acquire new business logos and partner channels within your assigned territory, driving expansion through direct sales outreach and targeted market penetration.
Build & Maintain Pipeline: Execute proactive multi-channel prospecting strategies (cold calling, targeted digital outreach, and social selling) to generate, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads into actionable opportunities.
Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Partner with client decision-makers to identify pain points, mapping Equifax HR compliance and ACA offerings to operational needs while quantifying clear business value and ROI.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach through technical discovery, executive presentation, RFI/RFP management, commercial terms negotiation, and final contract execution.
Strategic Territory & Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans, analyzing market data to optimize coverage, track key performance metrics, and consistently exceed quota targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Service teams to structure complex deals and ensure long-term client success.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
5+ years of direct B2B new-business sales (hunting) experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an individual quota.
Proven experience creating territory plans, driving pipeline generation, and managing complex end-to-end sales cycles.
Demonstrated track record of negotiating commercial terms and closing mid-to-large scale enterprise agreements.
Superior presentation skills with proven ability to build trust and pitch to senior and C-suite decision-makers.
Direct experience with Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, or HR Technology / Managed Services.
Experience with enterprise structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, Challenger).
Demonstrated success managing strategic third-party channel relationships or business partnerships.
Advanced commercial negotiation, executive storytelling, and consultative objection-handling skills.

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $110,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program at approximately 40%. The application window is anticipated to close on August 14, 2026.
