- Support the management of a portfolio of food partners across Oman
- Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders
- Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption
- Assist partners with day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners
- Prepare account updates, reports, and insights to support business decisions
- Participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and commercial activities
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand partner needs
- Commercial awareness and willingness to identify growth opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
