You will act as a consultant for the backbone of the German economy - companies with 500 to 2,000 employees - helping them execute critical projects with speed and agility by accessing the best freelance talent in Europe. In this role, you will be mentored to master the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the final signature of a Master Service Agreement (MSA). Key responsibilities ✨
- Proactive Pipeline Engine: You take full ownership of your pipeline by designing and executing creative outbound strategies to spark interest among C-Levels and HR Directors. In this effort, you will get strong support from Marketing and our SDR team to help you generate high-quality leads.
- Mastering the Craft: You will be extensively trained in the MEDDIC framework, enabling you to run in-depth discovery sessions and accurately diagnose complex business challenges.
- Consultative Deal Leadership: You will lead high-stakes opportunities, pitching Malt’s unique value proposition and negotiating MSAs that empower your clients to scale their business.
- Strategic Team Orchestration: You collaborate closely with SDRs, Key Account Managers, and Project Partners to ensure a frictionless handover and set the foundation for long-term account growth.
- Pipeline Excellence: You maintain a rigorous and predictable forecast within the CRM, viewing high-quality data hygiene as a key tool for your personal and professional success.
- AI-Empowered Selling: You leverage cutting-edge AI tools and our internal AI sales enablement solutions in your daily workflows to maximize efficiency, streamline your outreach, and enhance strategic account planning.
About you 🧑🚀
- The Experience: You bring 1-2 years of high-performance experience, ideally gained in a BDR/SDR role or during your first Junior AE position.
- The Mindset: You possess a relentless hunter mindset, are highly results-oriented, and have a proven track record of hitting (or smashing) your KPIs.
- The Toolset: You are tech-savvy and understand that a CRM is your best friend and a strategic advisor, not an administrative burden.
- The Language: Native-level German is non-negotiable to navigate the local market, while English is our daily language at our Berlin office.
