We’re looking for an SMB Account Executive who is-

As an SMB Account Executive at Lusha, you’ll equip small and mid-sized businesses with data-driven solutions to boost their sales success. By guiding clients to identify, engage, and close prospects through Lusha’s platform, you'll help expand our global sales community and make impactful growth achievable for all businesses.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Manage the sales opp, including pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and other deliverables for closing deals. In alignment with Lusha’s sales methodology
  • Identify key account opportunities, source, nurture, and close new logos
  • Ensure smooth handover of signed deals to post-sales functions
  • Lead a consultative sales engagement, diving deep into a prospect’s business challenges, and advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value
  • Manage pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Strong customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles
  • Comfort negotiating and navigating contracts, security, and legal discussions
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and inquisitive attitude
  • The ability to seek out new business, while maximizing and growing client relationships
  • CRM experience (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, etc, a plus)
