monday.com is looking for an amazing Account Executive who will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our clients and partners. You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Sydney, Australia.


About The Role:

  • The SEA MM AE position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of Mid Market accounts based in SEA, becoming their trusted advisor and influencer.
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Own and manage net new business leads through full sales cycle.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
  • Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organisations to generate awareness and drive usage of monday.com.
  • Partner with stakeholders at monday.com, service partners in the region, and channel partners to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales, account management or consulting experience
  • Fluent English - must.
  • Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from new business leads, identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  • Experience owning and managing a territory of 100+ accounts and net new business.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic team player.
