Launchpad is an innovative SaaS platform dedicated to transforming how businesses streamline their operations and drive growth. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our expanding sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations of the Launchpad platform to prospective clients
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers across various industries
  • Communicate the platform's key capabilities, value propositions, and unique selling points
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial demo through proposal and closing
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
  • Provide actionable feedback on customer needs and market trends
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools
