Job Summary
Inside Sales Executive – REACH Media NetworkAs an Inside Sales Executive at REACH Media Network, you will be responsible for driving net-new revenue by engaging inbound leads, conducting proactive outbound outreach, and guiding prospects through the digital signage buying journey. This role focuses on uncovering customer needs early, positioning REACH’s platform as the ideal solution, and converting qualified opportunities into closed-won business. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure prospects receive a consultative, high-quality experience from first contact through handoff to Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify and develop inbound leads by understanding organizational goals, digital signage needs, and project timelines.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new pipeline within target verticals and buyer personas.
- Deliver tailored demos and discovery conversations that showcase REACH’s platform, content tools, and integrations.
- Build compelling proposals based on prospect requirements, use cases, and network growth potential.
- Maintain active communication with prospects across Marketing, Communications, HR, Facilities, and IT roles to advance buying decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign impact.
- Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize high-value opportunities and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
- Accurately manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and deal progression in CRM to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Stay current on REACH’s product roadmap and industry trends to better educate prospects and refine positioning.
- Minimum 1 year of SaaS, digital signage, or inside sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly net-new revenue targets.
- Strong phone, email, and virtual presentation skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear use cases and articulate ROI.
- Exceptional organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in consultative inside sales preferred, ideally within communications, SaaS, AV, or digital signage.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and virtual meeting technologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) are a plus.

Compensation
Annual base salary gross: 55,000-65,000 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
