Note: this role requires office hours in Jersey Village on Mondays and as needed for training. However, the vast majority of the role's duties will be conducted from the field in the Pearland/Friendswood/Manvel.

Skills Required
- Experience or willingness to perform B2B sales
- Strong in-person relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to build and maintain a book of business
- Willingness to learn and follow the company sales methodology (Selling the CI Way)
- Ability to work primarily in the field within the Pearland/Friendswood/Manvel territory and attend Monday office hours in Jersey Village
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently within assigned territory (gas/mileage stipend provided)
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to participate in training and share best practices
