Summary:
In this role, you will support revenue growth by driving contract utilization and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You’ll partner closely with Senior Account Executives, Channel Partners, suppliers and distributors to execute sales strategies, leveraging both live and virtual customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executives to move customers through the onboarding and engagement process.
- Manage Channel Partner territory tied to a growth goal.
- Maximize contract utilization within assigned accounts by identifying gaps, growth opportunities, and expansion strategies.
- Support Senior Account Executives in revenue-generating activity, including customer outreach, business reviews, and strategic planning.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
- Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders and contribute to account planning.
- Partner with supply chain and supplier teams to conduct joint sales calls and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in sales or account management or customer engagement role required.
- Strong analytical, customer service, presentation, and consultative selling skills preferred.
- Proven ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GPO, healthcare supply chain, and non-acute pharmacy market preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet the clients needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
