About the Role

Be a pioneer at Workday Poland! This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in enterprise cloud solutions as we establish our first Go-To-Market Sales team in Warsaw, Poland. We are searching for a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to spearhead our growth in this exciting new market. As our first Senior Account Executive on the ground in Poland, you will play a pivotal role in introducing Workday's cutting-edge enterprise cloud solutions to the Polish market. This is your chance to help us build something from the ground up. You will be instrumental in establishing Workday's presence in Poland, driving the acquisition of new clients and expanding our footprint in the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the Polish business landscape and contribute to Workday's continued global success.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a field sales position, with experience selling complex SaaS solutions in the HCM or ERP space.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate deals with C-suite executives to close opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and executing a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory.
  • Strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape, including staying up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions.
  • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Passion for new business acquisition: You are a natural hunter for new business and thrive in a net-new logo sales position.
  • Proven Experience: You have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience selling net-new cloud solutions to medium and large enterprise commercial organizations at the C-level.
  • Excellent Communication: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish.

  • Top Performer: You have an outstanding track record of exceeding sales quotas. (Share your past success metrics - they're a strong indicator of future performance!)

  • Industry Expertise: Experience with ERP/HCM/Finance/Planning solutions is highly desirable.
  • Cloud Savvy: You possess a strong understanding of the benefits of on-demand/Cloud/SaaS architecture as an alternative to legacy ERP solutions.
  • Team Orchestrator: You have experience driving complex sales cycles by effectively collaborating with internal teams, including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • Value-Based Selling: You are skilled in value-selling processes and can effectively communicate the value proposition of Workday's solutions.
