Job Description

Kickstart Your Sales Career with Quadient

Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Milwaukee, WI, for local travel (2-3x's a week) to customer accounts assigned within the territory. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation: 

  • Base salary + uncapped commissions (estimated OTE=$100k) 
  • Additional compensation: monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.

  • Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems
  • Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers
