Your mission:
Your mission as an Account Executive is to be responsible for building and growing sales in their region, working closely with the Regional Sales Director to find new clients and expand current revenue. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering on your specific Sales Plan to help meet overall company goals.

Who are we looking for? 
We are seeking a confident, curious, and experienced Account Executive responsible for generating and pursuing new business leads and prospective clients. As an Account Executive you will deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes (in partnership with Service Delivery). Your strong communication skills will allow you to generate trust and strong business relationships with clients and partners and prepare business development strategies for each customer. You will combine your experience selling enterprise solutions and services and present our unique value proposition.
You will be required to possess knowledge of current market conditions and maintain and improve your sales knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Requirements: 

  • More than 5 years’ experience in solution-based software sales (both Services and Subscriptions), with a demonstratable track record of consistently over-achievement against assigned quota.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Discipline in updating the CRM solution and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions, pipeline, and revenue.
  • The ability to manage pipeline within quarterly targets.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Ability and experience working with the C-Suite.
  • Possess a good level of English (level C1)

Desirable:

  • 3+ years working with ServiceNow or a ServiceNow Partner
  • ITIL or Any ServiceNow Certifications a plus
