The Role

We’re looking for a highly-motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our Sales team in London. 

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate to drive revenue growth from mid-tier customers and enhance existing accounts through effective upselling strategies.
The role focuses on leveraging a one-to-many approach for outreach and serving as a crucial resource for lead qualification and outbound prospecting across brands and agencies.

What you’ll do:

  • Mid-Tier Customer Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from mid-tier accounts by highlighting our product value.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Focus on a defined set of existing long-tail accounts (CSOps owned) to drive growth by introducing innovative products and services tailored to their needs. One-to-Many Approach: Execute targeted sales campaigns to efficiently engage multiple prospects and current customers simultaneously,
  • In-bound Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads from marketing and inquiries to ensure alignment with our offerings and potential for conversion.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Actively pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars; set meetings for conferences.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives and provide valuable customer insights for continuous improvement
