What you’ll do
As an early member of the DeepScribe sales team, you’ll work directly with decision makers and key influencers to sell DeepScribe to mid-size medical practices, while helping us write the playbook for what a great repeatable sales process looks like.You’ll not only be a top performing salesperson but an outstanding collaborator with teammates around the organization.
Your impact
- Identify, manage, close, mid-market opportunities within the DeepScribe ICP
- Perform discovery to identify key pain points, stakeholders, and decision makers
- Present solution through presentations, software demos, proposal presentation, and price negotiations
- Learn the DeepScribe product thoroughly, enabling you to answer questions from prospects on the fly without relying on other team members
- Manage the sales process through contract negotiations and legal redline process to close
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure customer handoffs are a seamless and delightful experience
- Adopt and put into practice sales frameworks, such as MEDDIC and Mutual Action Plans, as needed
- Keep CRM up to date by documenting activities throughout the the sales cycle
- Provide weekly forecast by managing opportunities through the pipeline
- Provide feedback to other DeepScribe teams such as Product and Marketing to enable constant improvement as a business
About You
- 5+ years of B2B medical sales experience
- Preferably in EHR sales, RCM services, scribe services, or transcription services.
- A strong understanding of complex healthcare organizations and multiple-specialty workflows.
- The ability to identify key decision makers and influencers within the customer.
- Experience in managing sales with multiple stakeholders and history of closing large ACV deals.
- Highly collaborative with other teams (“lone wolves” need not apply), adaptable to change, and open to feedback
- Curious and eager to learn new things. Not intimidated by complex subject matter or learning product details
- Driven, highly organized and embraces sales process rigor
Salary, compensation, and benefits
$130,000 base salary plus commission, $225,000 OTE

What We Do
DeepScribe is an AI-powered medical scribe that captures patient encounters in real time and automates medical documentation, allowing physicians to focus on patient care instead of note-taking.
Through an enterprise-grade secure iOS app downloaded on the providers preferred device, our technology is able to listen to a patient conversation and produce a highly accurate transcription of the encounter. Next, our AI solution extracts the medically relevant information, classifies it into a standard SOAP note, and then integrates that note directly into the EHR's discrete fields.
With DeepScribe, providers can focus on delivering engaged patient care untethered from the EHR. Simply talk to a patient like normal, review your notes in your EHR at the end of the day, and sign-off.
