Collaborate with product, design, clinical, and go-to-market teams to rapidly launch features, gather user feedback, and improve workflows used by clinicians. The role requires strong AI engineering, product judgment, and full-stack execution skills.

Lead a small Infrastructure and Agentic Platform team while serving as a hands-on engineering manager. Own AWS infrastructure, data platforms, security, compliance, reliability, and AI-native software development workflows. Mentor engineers, guide hiring, define the roadmap, and build tools for planning, coding, testing, monitoring, and triage. The role requires balancing AI acceleration with engineering quality, cost, security, and operational reliability in a healthcare AI environment.

Serve as the primary customer contact by answering product questions, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, identifying bugs, supporting workflow and EHR integration concerns, and communicating through phone, email, and in-app messaging. Collaborate with Customer Success, Billing, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve problems and surface recurring customer needs. Provide proactive, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Own the end-to-end product experience for DeepScribe’s AI-powered clinical workflow platform. Research oncology provider workflows, define design direction across native iOS and web products, evolve the design system, and create AI-first interactions involving ambient intelligence, voice, chat, and automation. Collaborate with clinicians, product, engineering, AI, and clinical teams to prototype, ship, iterate, and represent the company externally.
