Provide proactive, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Own the end-to-end product experience for DeepScribe’s AI-powered clinical workflow platform. Research oncology provider workflows, define design direction across native iOS and web products, evolve the design system, and create AI-first interactions involving ambient intelligence, voice, chat, and automation. Collaborate with clinicians, product, engineering, AI, and clinical teams to prototype, ship, iterate, and represent the company externally.

Contribute to AI-powered healthcare workflows by designing and implementing features, collaborating across teams, while ensuring code quality and scalability.

The AI Engineer will develop LLM-powered healthcare applications, improve documentation platforms, build inference pipelines, and collaborate with teams to launch features, all aimed at reducing clinician burnout.
