Broadvoice is looking for a talented and competitive Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a hunter and play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. If you are comfortable running outbound campaigns to generate new business, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and partners, and closing sales, we want to talk to you!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Generate sales through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails, and strategic partner relationships
  • Drive partner relationships in the designated geography
  • Evaluate customers’ UCaaS and CCaaS needs and requirements
  • Get to know customers and offer consultative solutions to meet their needs
  • Liaise with internal and external teams via phone and email to ensure customers have a smooth and seamless implementation
  • Research and proactively reach out to prospects in target markets that align with our ICP


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • English and Spanish proficiency
  • A sales-oriented customer-focused hunter
  • Positive attitude and strong team building skills
  • Self-motivated and accountable in a remote environment
  • Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated sales goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry (UCaaS, CCaaS) and in B2B sales (a plus!)
