Jib Inputs:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives to ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to objectives, and meets quality expectations.
Act as a point of coordination to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across priorities and clear communication on status, risks, and next steps.
Support the organization and ongoing management of marketing activities, with the opportunity to take ownership of defined programs, campaigns, or operational workstreams.
Create and manage timelines aligned to business objectives, including deliverables, dependencies, and key milestones.
Monitor performance and outcomes, interpret results, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness. Apply insights from data, research, and trends to inform recommendations.
Lead or support regular updates to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and partners to support effective execution and delivery.
Support reporting and visibility into performance against defined goals and KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and scale best practices.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Four-year college degree, preferably in a marketing, communications, or related program
Preferred Education & Experience:
3+ years’ experience in marketing or a related field
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Communicating & Influencing Skills:
Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Ability to communicate, written and verbal, clearly and concisely across a range of audiences
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment, including when to escalate issues
Outputs:
Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives in support of business objectives
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work and deliverables
Track and communicate progress against established goals and KPIs
Maintain clear communication on priorities, risks, and outcomes
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within Marketing

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $66,320.00 - $94,505.00 USD annually for full time employees.
