SuperDial is looking for an Account Executive focused on Management Services Organizations (MSOs) to drive growth and adoption of our AI-powered healthcare solutions. This role is perfect for a strategic, consultative salesperson who understands the unique challenges MSOs face and can effectively position AI-driven automation as a game-changer for revenue cycle management. About the role:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals with MSOs.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand SuperDial’s presence within the MSO space.

  • Build deep relationships with C-suite executives, RCM leaders, and operational teams at MSOs.

  • Educate potential customers on how SuperDial’s AI-driven solutions improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline revenue cycle management.

  • Generate and nurture high-quality leads.

  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare operations, RCM challenges, and AI-driven automation trends.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling into MSOs, health systems, or revenue cycle organizations.

  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), EHR integrations, and healthcare technology.

  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to translate technical AI/automation capabilities into clear business value for healthcare decision-makers.

  • A data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and performance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have experience selling AI-driven, automation, or SaaS solutions in the healthcare space.

  • You’ve worked with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) and understand healthcare IT workflows.

  • You have an established network within MSOs or multi-location healthcare groups.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and ownership are key.

This role offers a base salary range of $125,000–$150,000, plus uncapped commission aligned to performance and revenue goals.
