The Role:
- Daily Narrative Execution: Own the daily outreach and storytelling for a roster of consumer and lifestyle clients. You move beyond support to actively lead media relations, securing impactful wins across lifestyle, tech, and entertainment outlets.
- Modern Storytelling & Integration: Architect 360-degree moments that matter. You understand how media relations, creator ecosystems, and brand integration work together to build a modern persona, and you execute tactics that bridge these worlds seamlessly.
- Creator & Influencer Ownership: Lead the identification and engagement of the right voices for our clients. You manage influencer seeding strategies and execute talent-led activations that feel authentic, purposeful, and culturally relevant.
- Content Command: Produce sophisticated materials including creative briefs, talent itineraries, blog content, and executive briefing notes. You are a fast, sharp writer who knows how to tailor a narrative to fit the specific tone of a platform, an editor, or a creator.
- Cultural & Social Radar: Act as the team’s primary sensor for the social zeitgeist. You monitor news cycles and platform trends to flag pop culture moments and creator shifts, providing the strategic context clients need to stay ahead.
- Account Stewardship & Precision: Manage the essential foundation of your accounts with total precision. You own the agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers, ensuring your senior managers and clients are always briefed and one step ahead.
- Event & Activation Leadership: Lead the logistical execution of client meetings and talent-focused events. You own the ground game—from managing high-level invite lists to on-site media and talent wrangling—with total professional poise.
- Relationship Driven: You recognize that our business is built on trust and authenticity. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, talent reps, and the media—prioritizing integrity and a solution-oriented attitude in every interaction.
Who You Are:
- The Hybrid Specialist: You have 3–4 years of experience in communications, entertainment, or public relations. You have moved past the basics and are an expert at using research tools and industry shorthand to find and secure the perfect partners for a campaign.
- Digitally Fluent: You live at the intersection of social media and the creator economy. You understand how content moves through the social ecosystem and have a genuine interest in combining entertainment with social good and consumer trends.
- The Situational Strategist: You possess high EQ, great judgment, and strong accountability. You know how to communicate effectively with senior staff, handle a fast-paced environment, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A Meticulous Storyteller: You are a concise and creative writer. Whether it’s a talent invitation, a press pitch, or a creative brief, your writing is sharp, persuasive, and error-free.
- An Elite Researcher: Your research skills are a competitive advantage. You don't just find names; you find the specific connection points that make a story or a partnership break through.
