Due to exciting growth plans at Patsnap, we are hiring an Account Executive to join our high-performing Life Sciences sales team.

This is not transactional SaaS. You'll be selling our best-in-class solutions to organisations tackling some of the world’s most complex scientific challenges, from accelerating drug discovery to shaping global IP strategy. The conversations are strategic, commercially significant, and involve multiple stakeholders. You will engage senior leaders across R&D, IP, and executive teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Own your territory and turn outbound effort into real revenue growth.
- Sell a genuinely differentiated AI-powered innovation intelligence platform
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and core performance metrics.
- Build and run your own pipeline end-to-end, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Thrive in a high-volume, outbound-led environment — creating pipeline through disciplined, multi-channel prospecting rather than relying on inbound.
- Turn consistent activity into qualified opportunities through sharp discovery and value-driven conversations.
- Run tight sales cycles across phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings, adapting your approach to different stakeholders.
- Become an expert in PatSnap’s platform and the IP software market, using insight to sell with confidence.
What We'd Love From You:
- 1+ years of 360° sales experience in solution selling, and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Confident in high-volume outbound outreach; from cold calling to pipeline building and engaging prospects.
- Have a Life Sciences background, either through education or hands-on sales experience.
- Communicate clearly, present persuasively, and have the leadership presence to influence decision-makers.
- Successfully engaged senior stakeholders and navigated complex sales cycles.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in Innovation/IP solutions or speak an additional language.
- You’re hungry to grow, excited by complex sales, and motivated to make a real impact in Life Sciences.
