Hi! 👋 I’m Juan, based in Argentina 🇦🇷, Sales Manager of Global Wellness at WeTravel. We’re currently hiring a motivated and proactive Account Executive to drive our growth in the Wellness segment. In this role, you’ll focus on bringing retreat organizers and wellness travel businesses from around the world onto our platform—helping them streamline their operations and scale their businesses.
Our goal is bold: we’re building the world’s leading operating system for group travel and multi-day experiences. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our presence within the global wellness travel community and contributing directly to that mission.
How We WorkAt WeTravel, our Sales teams combine autonomy with strong collaboration. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and smoothly handing off to onboarding.
We focus on understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match. You won’t just sell — you’ll guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel (products) can truly help their business thrive.

You’ll spend most of your time doing what actually moves the needle: prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads.

Are comfortable with high-volume outbound sales, especially phone-based outreach.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Have experience managing or contributing to full sales cycles.
Have inside sales experience via emails and calls.
Have worked in B2B tech sales, especially targeting SMBs.
Have knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
Understand the retreat or wellness travel industry or have a relevant network.

Are unfamiliar with consultative selling or full-cycle sales processes.
Struggle with remote work autonomy or time management.
Prefer a highly structured or reactive sales environment.
Prospecting and calling retreat organizers and wellness travel businesses globally.
Running consultative demos tailored to the unique needs of retreat and wellness operators.
Managing your pipeline and tracking activity in HubSpot.
Following up with prospects and guiding them through to close.
Collaborating with onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Sharing feedback with product and marketing based on client conversations.
Consistently meeting and exceeding outreach, demo, and sales targets.
Attractive compensation — uncapped commission. Base Fulltime Salary is $20,000 (USD) (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = $50,000, Year 2 OTE: $80,000).
Full-time — Fixed Term Contract (as International Contractor).
