💼 The Role

You will be the engine of our growth in Italy. Your primary focus is New Business. You will target POS vendors, software agencies, and retail tech providers who need to integrate fiscal compliance.

This is an outbound-heavy role, but we do it the smart way. You won't be manually researching emails for hours. You will leverage Sales Intelligence and AI tools to build targeted lists, craft hyper-personalized outreach, and get in front of decision-makers faster. Your goal is to build a qualified pipeline that fuels our Italian expansion.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Execute a high-volume, high-quality outbound strategy, identifying and contacting key decision-makers (CTOs, Product Managers) at Italian software companies
  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts and the early stages (qualification) for enterprise deals, managing relationships from "Hello" to "Handover/Close"
  • Leverage AI writing assistants and sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo) to research prospects and draft personalized outreach at scale
  • Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand the prospect's technical and business pain points (e.g., "Why is your current RT printer integration failing?")
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine our Italian messaging, ensuring our value proposition resonates with the local market nuances
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, logging all activities and insights so that our forecasting remains accurate
  • Attend key industry events in Milan and across Italy to build a network within the retail-tech community
👀 What You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven experience in outbound sales or business development (SDR/BDR/AE), ideally within the SaaS or Retail Tech sector
  • Native-level Italian and fluent English are non-negotiable. You need to sell to Italians in their language and report to HQ in English.
  • A "Hunter" mentality with a track record of generating your own pipeline and meeting outreach targets consistently
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using modern sales stacks (CRM, Sales Nav, Outreach tools) and are eager to use AI to speed up your workflow
  • Curiosity: You can grasp technical concepts quickly. You don't need to be a dev, but you need to understand why an API is better than a physical printer
  • A proactive, organized approach: You don't wait for leads to be given to you; you go out and create them

Skills Required

  • 5+ years proven experience in outbound sales or business development (SDR/BDR/AE)
