As the Account Executive - IT Services your key responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while also seeking new opportunities. You will be responsible for generating more than 30% of your own new sales pipeline and you will grow new sales across the IT Services portfolios with both non-Ricoh Customers and within Ricoh’s existing customer base, delivering transformation outcomes and experiences.

You will be responsible for working closely with C+ Level management and technology specialists in identifying ITS opportunities, with the objective of securing new business. This could be in the form of Procurement Services, Professional Services, Field Services, Managed Services or a mix, that delivers positive change for the customer.

To be successful in this role:

  • 5+ Years quota carrying sales and account relationship management experience.
  • Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
  • Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 30% of your own pipeline.
  • Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
  • Experience in handling both business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
  • Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
  • Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.
