Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Account Executive – Global Industries & Strategic Verticals to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deals across Latin America. By crafting tailored commercial agreements and expanding our footprint in strategic verticals, your expertise will directly drive our regional growth.
You will have the opportunity to navigate intricate corporate landscapes, connecting top-tier organizations with solutions that protect their assets and unlock new business value.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive Account Growth: Manage and expand target enterprise accounts within strategic verticals across Latin America.
Execute Complex Deals: Lead end-to-end sales cycles involving diverse stakeholders from C-level executives to Procurement and Legal.
Negotiate Contracts: Structure and finalize intricate service agreements, utilizing frameworks like Managed Services and outcome-based models.
Expand Regional Footprint: Build deep relationships with key decision-makers at corporate headquarters and regional subsidiaries to maximize cross-border opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with internal Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to ensure seamless deal execution and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5–7+ years of experience in multinational enterprise B2B sales, consistently exceeding quotas in tech, IT, or corporate service environments.
Strong knowledge of diverse service delivery, contracting models, and commercial risk mitigation.
Fluent/Native proficiency in both English and Spanish (fluency in Portuguese is a strong plus).
Proven ability to map business challenges to complex service solutions and lead multi-departmental negotiations.
Exceptional skill in identifying and unifying multiple buying personas within matrixed global corporations.
