About the Team
The Middle East Sales team supports large organisations across the region by helping them strengthen their security posture through strategic guidance and Rapid7's platform. The team works closely with Sales Engineering, Channel Partners, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver impactful outcomes. This role will be one of two sellers in the UAE and will report directly to the Regional Sales Leader based in Dubai.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive net new logo acquisition within your assigned territory, with a strong focus on the UAE. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Identify, qualify, and close net new enterprise business within organisations of approximately 500-5,000 users
- Own your territory as a "CEO," developing and executing a clear strategy and account plan
- Build pipeline through proactive outbound activity, including cold calling and direct prospecting
- Position and sell complex, "push" cybersecurity solutions rather than pull-through or commoditised products
- Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive new opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- Proven experience as a net new logo hunter with strong goal vs. achievement performance over recent years
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, ideally complex or emerging offerings
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong territory planning and strategic thinking skills
- Confidence operating autonomously in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
