We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help us expand our footprint across the manufacturing & industrial landscape. This is a high-impact role focused on building strategic relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals with some of the world’s most recognized industrial organizations.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals - while partnering closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver meaningful, measurable value to our customers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target manufacturing & industrial accounts
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across operations, IT, and leadership teams
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored business cases aligned to customer priorities and ROI
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and generate high-quality pipeline
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer value
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Represent Poka at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
What you bring
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within SaaS 
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate product value into business outcomes
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Willingness to travel (up to ~40%) to engage customers and prospects

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable role in B2B organizations.
  • Experience selling SaaS software solutions
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in the manufacturing industry or industrial sectors
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
