Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Account Executive - Business Developement to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving national revenue growth across large enterprise accounts, leading complex multi-stakeholder engagements, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
You will lead a high-performing team of specialists focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions to Tier-1 and Tier-2 manufacturing organizations and government-linked conglomerates.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Define and execute a national enterprise account strategy for the manufacturing and conglomerate sectors, owning full revenue targets, pipeline development, and the closure of complex, multi-year deals.
Responsibility 2: Build and maintain high-impact relationships at the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership (CXO) levels, acting as a trusted advisor to align our digital transformation and automation solutions with their operational priorities.
Responsibility 3: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary sales team, fostering a culture of excellence while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration with product, finance, and operations teams to deliver customized enterprise solutions.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales specifically within the manufacturing or conglomerates sector, with a proven track record of managing large strategic accounts.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and digital transformation priorities, including Industry 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Proven ability in executive-level stakeholder management and the ability to structure complex commercial models for large-scale Request for Proposals (RFPs).
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
