Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced, motivated Account Executive to join our North America Digital Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating product portfolio growth and driving complex, multi-region digital sales opportunities to closure.
Our North America Digital Sales team helps organizations unlock what is possible with data management solutions that protect, connect, and activate vital assets using Artificial Intelligence and automation.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Portfolio Growth & Pipeline Ownership: Accelerate product portfolio growth within dedicated accounts by focusing on strategic opportunities, expanding pipeline generation, and maintaining meticulous Customer Relationship Management data hygiene and forecasting.
Complex Deal Management & Collaboration: Lead end-to-end deal management—including qualification, proposal development, and closure—while collaborating with internal Client Partners and Managing Client Partners to secure large, multi-region pursuits.
Strategic Partnership & Value Capture: Mobilize external partners and internal stakeholders for cross-Business Unit engagement, while collaborating with product innovation teams to align product roadmaps with customer-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have:
5–7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or enterprise-level sales within the digital technology space, specifically selling into the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.
Strong knowledge of industry, customer, and product domains, with preferred expertise in Business Process Management and Digital Experience Platforms.
Proven success gaining access to and collaborating with Line of Business owners and Executive-level (C-suite) contacts, including Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Medical Information Officers, and Chief Operating Officers.
Proven ability in proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, and diagnosing complex business problems.
Demonstrated enterprise mindset with a focus on results, resilience, and proficiency leveraging Salesforce to provide feature-level technical feedback.
