Summary of Position:  

Account Executive- Digital position is responsible for expanding pep’s knowledge in digital marketing and managing digital campaigns. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.


Key Responsibilities and Attributes:

 Digital Expertise

  • Develop digital expertise and strategic/consultative skills
  • Collaborate with pep’s SPOC for Catalyst, pep’s in-house digital activation platform
    • Become an expert in Catalyst platform capabilities and offerings
    • Provide inputs and recommendations on development and implementation of capabilities and enhancements
    • Assist in cross training pep team on platform
    • Assist in building internal and external facing value prop content specific to Catalyst
  • Drive additional digital programs– identify new programs for pep to manage and connect opportunities to recommend a digital component to a pre-existing program.
  • Assist in creating content plan for digital including white papers, POV’s, and case studies
  • Act as a digital planning resource: present emerging capabilities, share competitive insights and industry trends.

Promotion Management of digital campaigns.  This includes: 

  • Help develop programs based on client’s objectives
  • SOW development
  • Manage all aspects of promotions for your assigned programs
  • Communicate / update timeline expectations to appropriate client, supplier and internal personnel. 
  • Communicate production/promotion specifications to suppliers. 
  • Collaborate with client and suppliers to ensure that program requirements meet legal and policy guidelines/requirements.    
  • Assist in confirming project cost estimates and communicating with appropriate personnel.     
  • Communicate recommendations that allow our customers to reduce costs and/or reduce cycle time. 
  • Collaborate with necessary parties to assure that complete program execution is seamless and flawless. 
  • Coordinate invoice and billing   

Additional responsibilities:

  • Qualify and participate in RFP’s, pulling together content and leading presentations when requested

  • Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s in Business or Communication a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university (emphasis in marketing or management); or Minimum 18 months of applicable business or promotion management experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as operate internal, online systems
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to be client facing
  • Ability to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team
  • Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages)
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate
  • Ability to manage healthy business processes
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
