Wonderschool is seeking an Account Executive - City, County & State who is passionate about contributing to our mission and purpose.   • Sales Cycle Mastery: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and presentation to closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in local governments and child care organizations, understanding their specific needs and concerns.
  • Achieve & Exceed: Consistently achieve (and aim to exceed) monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

  • Driven Mindset: A proven history of going above and beyond, whether in sales achievements, relationship-building, or problem-solving. Your persistence is legendary.
  • Sales Excellence: Demonstrated experience in city, county and state sales, with experience working with city, county and state governments.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to see the bigger picture, understanding not just the 'what' but the 'why' behind our mission, and translating that into sales strategies.


  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or understanding of the child care sector.


Wonderschool provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000, with an additional 100%-150% in commission and bonuses potential with OTE of $240k. Compensation and OTE may vary based on factors such as skillset, experience, and location within a geographic area.
