We are currently recruiting for a autonomous and commercially minded Account Executive to support the growth of our Cold Chain business across France. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on managing and expanding key OEM accounts within the refrigeration and food retail ecosystem.

This position operates remotely in France! #LI-Remote

It offers strong autonomy and the opportunity to build long-term customer value across a diverse portfolio of approximately 20 accounts.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic OEM accounts across France

  • Build and maintain strong technical and commercial relationships with key stakeholders

  • Drive specification of solutions into customer platforms and applications

  • Identify opportunities for product upgrades, innovation, and account expansion

  • Support long-term customer development and growth initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer strategies

  • Monitor customer performance and relevant market developments

  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements

  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasting

Required skills and qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within refrigeration, cold chain, or related industrial sectors

  • Fluent in French (essential)

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex, long-cycle sales processes

  • Proven ability to build and grow relationships across OEM customers

  • Experience operating within multi-stakeholder, technical sales environments

  • Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline

Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Existing network within regional OEMs in refrigeration or food retail systems

  • Experience with CO₂ refrigeration solutions and system integration

  • Exposure to a broad portfolio of technical products

  • Ability to identify and develop new OEM partnerships and emerging manufacturers

  • Background working with customers such as food OEMs, supermarket chains, or independent retail businesses.

  • Experience in less structured or developing markets, with an entrepreneurial mindset
