Overview
The Account Executive for Infusion Services is responsible for executing sales strategies to increase and promote awareness of home health, hospice and infusion services. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations to support sustainable growth.
Description
Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
Customer acquisition analysis and lead generation
Sales Pipeline Management
Negotiation and closing
Follow up and account management
Reporting and forecasting
Market and product knowledge
Referral volume management
Collaboration with internal teams

Position Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- RN Diploma (Required)
Certification/Licensure
Registered Nurse (RN) License (Strongly Preferred)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License (Preferred)
Basic Life Support Certification (Required within 90 days of hire)
Experience
2 years Clinical Nursing experience (Required)
3 years customer service experience (Required)
Prior Sales experience (Preferred)
Prior Home Infusion experience (Preferred)
