What you’ll do

  • Daily client communication with customers.
  • Arrange and monitor daily delivery schedules, follow up on ad hoc requests.
  • Solving daily delivery issues with a most efficient.
  • Assist in Planning, coordinating and implementing different driver motivation.
  • Preparing the route of delivery and daily report with business customer.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized.
  • The ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential.
  • Strong representation of Lalamove’s four core values; Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field
  • 1-3 year experience in customer relations or customer retention field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to communicate in English is highly preferred
  • Able to help solve problems for clients through LINE or phone during holidays
  • Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience will be highly considered
