Purpose of Position
- Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers within the assigned territory.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to build long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor market trends, and support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Activities: Conduct customer visits, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, close deals, and activate accounts.
- Account Management: Maintain existing customers and acquire new ones, ensuring post-sales support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and report market insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements and maintain service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred (Base), Three (3) years for Senior, in commercial or industrial sales
- Experience in Express or Freight Forwarding industry strongly preferred.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in Korean.
- Intermediate English proficiency (speaking, writing, listening) for business communication.
- Core Skills:
- Presentation, negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills.
- Strong networking and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of International Express and Global Forwarding industry.
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
