Provide outstanding customer service while preparing loan agreements for a portfolio of agents. Use creativity and good judgment to provide the best possible quotes while minimizing risk and maximizing profit to FIRST.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s)
- Approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $1,000,000.
- Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service.
- Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service.
- Monitor volume for assigned agents within the portfolio. Take proactive measures to both protect and grow volume as appropriate.
Qualifications
2-5 years account executive experience preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills including professional phone etiquette
Attention to detail and organized
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficient in Outlook and excel

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00-$33.65, along with eligibility to earn a quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
