JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and monitoring client information for new account openings and account maintenance which ensures proper control and privacy of client information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Reviews and updates client information with regard to new accounts and maintenance

-Tracks and reports to management information related to compliance with the USA Patriot Act and other applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

-Answers customer identification and account structuring questions for employees; reviews new account and product documents for completeness and accuracy; tracks exceptions to identification policy, TIN compliance, and missing customer information. 

-Creates exception reports to relationship and business unit managers for follow-up withing thirty days.

-Provides administrative support for the Deposit Operations department and various others as directed. 

-Cross-markets financial institution products and services as appropriate.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

-OR one to three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

-Promote confidentiality for clients and the institution

-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

General hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; longer hours and weekend work expected on occasion
