As an Account Director - Saudi Arabia you will drive business growth across the Saudi market, working closely with partners and customers to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint by developing new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Diebold Nixdorf as a trusted advisor in the banking industry. Responsibilities- Managing and growing strategic, complex customer accounts across the Saudi market
- Driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities within existing accounts
- Developing and executing account strategies aligned with business and market objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders (C-level)
- Leading customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
- Understanding customer business priorities to position tailored technology solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Delivery) to support sales objectives
- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and tracking performance against targets
- Monitoring account performance and identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
