You Should Apply If:
- You have at least 8 years of experience working in an agency setting or relevant industry
- You’ve managed a team with direct oversight for at least 2 years (of those 7 mentioned above)
- You have experience overseeing events and working in entertainment
- You have established relationships with entertainment and consumer media
- You are comfortable leading an account with team members in other offices/geographies
- You are a skilled and highly-organized project manager
- You see and set big picture strategy at a higher level
- You live by the “we, not me” mentality
- You maintain a strong network of media contacts and has a track record of placing strategic high level stories
- You’re willing to work select evenings/weekends and travel when necessary
- You enjoy overdelivering rather than meeting expectations and take genuine pride in being part of something good.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading account teams and managing projects from start to finish.
- Responding to client requests and ensure requests are taken care of in an efficient manner.
- Developing and executing comprehensive integrated media and communications strategies for entertainment projects (events, content, content creators).
- Developing an impactful and trusting relationship with clients
- Creating new business proposals as needed.
- Partnering and collaborating with senior level colleagues throughout the agency on integrated (and bi-coastal) accounts.
- Training and mentoring junior staff on the inner workings and executions of PR, media relations, and overall client management.
