Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals &i tems from our restaurant & retail partners, and either pick them up or have them delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.

Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 30+ countries today, 27 of which are with the Wolt product and brand. Wolt has been growing rapidly in Greece since we launched here in 2019, and we're looking for the people that will further expand and accelerate our growth!

We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Each and every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!

Job Description

  • Together with the Key Account Manager, you are owning the overall retail partner relationships after they have been signed and onboarded to Wolt.
  • You will be proactively getting in touch with our existing partners to consult them about how to be more visible and successful on Wolt. You will drive retail partner's revenue growth by signing them up for different marketing campaigns on Wolt.
  • Monitoring data quality and creating documentation of previous campaigns and the results, and communicating the reports to our partners.
  • Executing venue optimization projects in order to optimize our retail partner portfolio performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Experience (1-2 years) in account management, or advising clients on a B2B level is preferred.
  • Persistent - you do not give up and get energy from working in a target-driven role and achieving your goals. High ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. You adapt your tone to suit the audience and can clearly advise and communicate the value of campaigns and other initiatives. 
  • Proficiency in data presentation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Commercial flair with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured and detailed. You will be doing data quality checks, hence a good eye for detail is key.
  • Good time management skills - you will be working in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, with the ability to work and communicate effectively in both languages at a professional level.
