Stibo Systems’ North American Sales Development Team’s primary objective is to partner with both the mid-market and enterprise sales teams to identify prospect & customer companies that could benefit from our product/service offerings. This role will be responsible for prospecting targeted existing customers, following up on web and event inquiries, engaging in outbound prospecting motions and turning those leads into sales qualified leads (SQLs) to help build customer pipeline.


With the increase of demand for sales support, the Americas team has a job opening for an Account Development Representative. This role can be based out of Atlanta or home office and will report to Director of Global Sales Development.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the account teams to develop Account Plants in order to identify and pursue opportunities within customer target accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to prioritize events, inbound leads, strategic accounts and customer marketing campaigns.
  • Research accounts, identify key plays, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
  • Meet activity expectations for inbound lead coverage and the development of outbound pipeline.
  • Meet monthly targets for opportunity creation and quarterly objectives as defined by management. 
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts leveraging our complete sales tech stack. (SFDC, Outreach, Demandbase, Consensus, ZoomInfo, Linkdedin Sales Nav)

 
Who we are looking for

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a customer focused sales development role.
  • Highly motivated to achieve and grow.
  • Experience in software or technology industry preferably
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independence & Motivation: Ability to work independently and remain motivated to achieve results.
  • Analytical and Process oriented: You have an analytical and process driven approach to delivery results.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Time management Skills: Effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Pro-active: Anticipate challenges and take initiative to find solutions.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer focus with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs and challenges.
