What You'll Do:
- Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to build Sales pipeline.
- Engage C-level and Director contacts to identify pain points and fit.
- Partner with marketing and Sales on targeted campaigns and account planning.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and deliver consistent monthly results.
- Represent Coupa through product demos and virtual/in-person events.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 1–2 years of software or inside sales experience with proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Comfortable engaging executives at mid-to-large enterprises (Fortune 1000) and bilingual in Spanish and English
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to exceed KPIs and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; Bachelor’s Degree required
