The TeamAt Hebbia, the Sales team is not just responsible for revenue, it’s the engine driving enterprise transformation by partnering with the most sophisticated organizations in the world to reimagine how knowledge work gets done. Our team is the catalyst to accelerating Hebbia’s vision of building "the AI you were promised": powerful, transparent, and enterprise-safe. We do this by bringing our flagship platform, Matrix, into boardrooms and deal teams—showing how it can replace hours of manual work with intelligent agents that execute research, analysis, and document-heavy workflows in seconds. The Sales team operates as strategic consultants, trusted advisors, and relentless problem solvers. We run deep, consultative sales cycles with senior decision-makers, identifying high-impact workflows where Hebbia can deliver immediate and compounding ROI. Our approach is grounded in credibility, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of our customers’ most critical challenges.
The RoleAs the Account Development Manager at Hebbia, you’ll lead and scale the ADR team responsible for opening the door to transformative AI conversations with the world’s most sophisticated enterprises. You’ll be instrumental in driving top-of-funnel strategy, developing a high-performing team of SDRs, and fueling the pipeline that powers Hebbia’s enterprise growth. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor SDRs to become best-in-class outbound sellers. You’ll refine messaging, develop scalable outbound playbooks, and partner closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion velocity. You’ll bring creativity, data-driven rigor, and a deep understanding of our ICP to continuously improve targeting, outreach, and engagement strategies. This team works in person 5 days a week at our SoHo office in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives to meet aggressive pipeline generation targets
- Operate hands-on in prospecting efforts, while shadowing and guiding reps through their activity and pipeline conversion success
- Bring clarity and discipline to forecasting, pipeline inspection, and execution, ensuring your team hits targets and the business allocates GTM resources effectively
- Identify and fill gaps in our GTM motion, including team structure and process, enablement
- Help shape our enterprise narrative, influencing how we position Hebbia and providing structured feedback to Product and Marketing from the field
- 2+ years SDR management experience with a consistent record of quota attainment
- Strong expertise in outbound sales, primarily through email, phone, and social selling
- You have full ability to operate at all levels, and you love to get in the trenches
- You are an expert at partnering with marketing and your AE counterparts to plan and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns
- Expert at using Linkedin, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, SFDC
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the base salary range for this position is an on-target earning of $150,000 to $200,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.
