Job Summary

The Client Services Account Coordinator manages clients’ needs and develops strong relationships through delivery of high-quality customer service. Acts as liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams. Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solution(s) per customer needs and improves the entire customer experience through teamwork and proactive customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls for information about our workers compensation product. Provides excellent customer service and diligently works to resolve issues and errors.
  • Develops and maintains a working-level understanding of our worker’s compensation product.
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and groups.
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Liaises between the clients and internal teams.
  • Assists with onboarding of new members.
  • Assists with facilitation of client facing presentations.
  • Tracks daily activities and progress with existing clients using our in-house software systems.
  • Supports the team with facilitation of broker requests.
  • Maintain loss runs inbox by fulfilling requests.
  • Maintain certificate inbox by fulfilling requests.
  • Process renewal certificates and distribute them to client/broker.
  • Support members with use of online portal.
  • Maintain Service Inbox by fulfilling member requests.
  • Maintain and manage any assigned groups, contacts and general client information.
  • Generating of monthly invoices.
  • Maintain understanding of billing and payments in system.
  • Tracking and collecting funds from members on a monthly basis.
  • Review and communication of yearly payroll audits to members.
  • Member communication regarding annual meetings.
  • Various administrative projects for assigned groups.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Computer Skills, Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
