The Account Coordinator, Travel, manages a variety of tasks that support Account Management. Tasks include managing outside vendor HP profile submissions to AMN exclusive facilities by uploading positions, conducting candidate profile reviews, and submission and confirmations in all Vendor Management Systems.
Job tasks:
Generate production and management reports using AMIE, Brain Reports, VMS Reports, and Excel in order to support leadership performance tracking and analysis.
Study and understand best practices in navigating VM systems including document types and requirements to become the technological expert (Super User).
Review HP candidate electronic profiles (work history, skills, convictions, references, etc.) in VMS technology in order to submit bookable candidates to clients by taking into account order details/requirements as well as file flow to the client.
Confirm candidates in VMS technology.
Validate and cross reference VMS for order and placement accuracy
Verify and confirm bill rates and assignment dates when Travelers accept offers/assignments in order to finalize HP file and avoid billing issues.
Minimize/reduce unbilled revenue by collaborating with Billing and Account Management.
·Adhere to AMN Healthcare’s mission statement, core values and company policies, and customer service standards.
Work on-site within the expected work hours and schedule including required meetings and on-time attendance.

1-3 years experience in an administrative support role including strong technical skills
Experience with internet research; ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents/contracts
Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
·Detailed success in a sales support or inside sales position preferred
Education & Years of Experience
High School Diploma/GED plus 0-2 years of work experience
Additional Experience
Experience supporting a sales team
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
